Terms of Service for Sortiq Solutions

ACCOUNT TERMS

  1. You must be 18 years or older or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Sortiq Solutions’ services.
  2. To access our services, you must register for a Sortiq Solutions account (“Account”) by providing accurate details such as your full legal name, current address, phone number, valid email address, and any other required information. Sortiq Solutions reserves the right to decline or cancel an account at its sole discretion.
  3. The email address you provide will serve as the primary communication method with Sortiq Solutions.
  4. It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. Sortiq Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the failure to secure your Account or password.
  5. You are accountable for all activity and content (e.g., images, videos, text, code, or data) associated with your Account (“Materials”).
  6. Any breach of the Terms of Service, as determined solely by Sortiq Solutions, may result in immediate termination of your services.

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

  1. The person registering for the services will be deemed the “Account Owner” and the authorized party for all interactions with Sortiq Solutions under these Terms.
  2. If you are creating an account on behalf of your employer, your employer will be the “Account Owner.” By signing up, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your employer to these Terms of Service.
  3. Upon completion of sign up for the Service, Upturn will create a PayPal Express Checkout account on your behalf, using your email address. Depending on your location, Upturn may also create a Upturn Payments account on your behalf.
  4. Upon account setup, Sortiq Solutions may assist in creating accounts with third-party services such as payment gateways. It is your responsibility to activate and manage these accounts. If you do not wish to use these services, you must deactivate them.
